Hospitality Manager
\We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee the management of hospitality services including dining, cleaning, laundry and concierge services in a new residential aged care facility.
\The key areas of focus for this role include:

- Ensuring high-quality services are delivered across all hospitality functional areas to promote a safe and comfortable living environment\
- Maintaining efficient use of resources to deliver cost-effective and high-quality hospitality services\
- Being visibly present within the facility, promoting a relationship-centred approach to service delivery with residents, families, employees and other stakeholders\
- Managing and leading teams to achieve optimal outcomes\
- Fostering strong relationships with residents, their families and other stakeholders to enhance their overall experience\
- Cultivating a culture of safety and respect within the facility\
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality of life for residents\
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve common goals\
- Providing coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge\
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in aged care and hospitality management\
- Implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention\
- Monitoring and managing budgets and resources effectively\
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff\
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators\
