Job Summary

RAC WA is one of Western Australia's most iconic and trusted brands, dedicated to supporting over 1.4 million members with their enquiries and providing the most value for their membership.

We are currently seeking experienced customer service and sales professionals to join our inbound call centre teams in Joondalup and West Perth to support current and potential members with motor insurance products and roadside assistance services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services.
  • Provide efficient and friendly support to 50-60 members daily, understanding their individual needs and recommending RAC products and services that best suit their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Develop knowledge of RAC products and services through full-time training and upskilling programs, enabling support for a larger range of members.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in environments with performance indicators or targets.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and find effective solutions.
