The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to support the organisation's people requirements by implementing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of the hourly labour force and provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

About The Role

  • Managing candidate and recruitment data in PACCAR's applicant tracking systems and related databases
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies in scheduling interviews, current vacancies, driving and tracking team process compliance and talent pooling
  • Assist with interviews as required
  • Manage PACCAR's Referral program
  • Deliver an engaging candidate experience
  • Develop effective and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
