Essential Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education or Experienced Diploma with proven Leadership roles.
  2. Compliance Certificates: Current compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC / WWVP etc.).
  3. Child Protection Course: Completion of approved Child Protection course.
  4. First Aid and CPR: Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certificates.
  5. Leadership Experience: Experience in past leadership roles in Early Childhood Education.
  6. Knowledge and Understanding: Strong understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Standards, legislation, Early Years Learning Framework, and contemporary pedagogies that influence practice.
  7. Communication Skills: Open to learning, well-organised, and clear communicator with effective verbal and written skills.
