Early Learning Centre Director

Concordia College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Learning Centre Director to lead and oversee the culture, educational program, operations, compliance, and community engagement of the St John's Campus ELC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support ELC staff to implement learning, inclusion, wellbeing, and behaviour programs and practices aligned to the College's strategic plan and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with other leaders to ensure coherence and connection in pedagogy, wellbeing, and behaviour approaches.
- Lead staff professional growth, coaching, and accountability structures and practices that build staff capacity and strengthen children's outcomes.
- Implement, review, and improve College and other regulatory policies and procedures to ensure child safety and positive wellbeing and learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience as an Early Childhood Centre Director.
- Current Working With Children (WWC) Check.
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework.
