Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rowers on Cooks River.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with excellent supportive and leadership skills. They will be responsible for communicating with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the catering department as per company guidelines
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items
  • Train new employees and motivate them in their role
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent supportive and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
