Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lending Manager based in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching customers through the home loan journey and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the local market to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated residential lending experience and knowledge of retail banking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
  • Financial savvy with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills and great presentation and interpersonal skills.
