Job Title: Aviation Safety Officer

As an aviation safety officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nation's air travel is safe and secure.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing standards and procedures to ensure aviation safety. This includes:

• Developing guidelines and protocols for data capturing across all modes.

• Delivering quality assurance information and data on a timely basis.

• Managing the day-to-day availability and maintenance of surveillance systems.

• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement strategic outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in managing administrative support tasks related to aviation safety.

• Proven skills in facilitating workshops and meetings.

• Understanding of project development processes and Australia's civil aviation legislation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement.

**Benefits:**

You will receive:

• A 3-month contract (no extension option)

• $50 - $55 per hour plus super

• Full-time work in the office

• Based in Elizabeth Street, Sydney CBD
