About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee the preparation and coordination of work packages for field delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of planners ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient preparation of work packages that enable safe and effective field execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of planners driving high standards of work readiness.
  • Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering.
  • Ensure work packages meet compliance, safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Champion strategic work packaging approaches to optimize resources and customer outcomes.
  • Promote the use of digital tools to improve planning efficiency.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex planning issues or interface challenges.

About You

To succeed in this position, you must bring:

  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • A comprehensive understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capabilities.
