Job Role Overview

We seek an experienced professional to lead the preparation and coordination of work packages for our field delivery teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high standards of work readiness among a team of planners located across multiple depots.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of planners to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient preparation of work packages.
  • Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering.
  • Ensure work packages meet compliance, HSEQ, and quality standards.
  • Champion effective work packaging strategies to optimize resources and customer outcomes.
  • Promote and embed the use of digital tools to improve planning efficiency.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex planning issues or customer interface challenges.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability.
