Role Description:We seek a highly skilled professional to handle cost estimation, project analysis, and tender submissions for commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential projects
- Develop and maintain pricing databases, ensuring up-to-date information on materials and labor costs
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to obtain reliable pricing data
- Support contract administration and reporting across multiple projects
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or a related field
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or Project Management
- Strong understanding of relevant building codes and standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and MS Project
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
