
Strategic Employer Brand Manager

The Employer Brand Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that showcases the organization's unique value proposition to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the EVP, ensuring it is evidence-based, differentiated, and resonates with diverse talent segments.
- Embed EVP pillars across all external marketing, candidate touchpoints, internal communications, and onboarding materials.
- Partner with the Marketing team to plan, optimize, and execute recruitment campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads to ensure marketing spend is strategically directed towards the highest-priority talent segments.
- Oversee the careers site and landing pages, ensuring seamless integration with ATS/CRM systems for a smooth candidate journey.
- Capture employee stories, clinic spotlights, and videos to showcase life at the organization.
- Analyse key metrics such as traffic, engagement, funnel conversion, and candidate sentiment to optimize candidate experience and marketing strategies.
- Liaise with Marketing teams and external creative/media agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in employer branding or related consumer marketing roles.
- Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns, with strong expertise in analytics tools.
- Experience in content production (copywriting, video, visuals) and storytelling across social platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and external agencies.
