Role Summary

This position is responsible for providing high-level advice on occupational therapy service delivery and workforce planning. The successful candidate will support operational managers and occupational therapists to promote equitable, sustainable, and high-quality services across Southern NSW Local Health District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on occupational therapy service delivery and workforce planning.
  • Support operational managers and occupational therapists to improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Extensive experience in providing leadership to allied health disciplines/teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues relating to discipline/allied health services.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
