Clean Services Leader

\

As a Clean Services Leader, you will oversee daily cleaning operations across high-profile Defence client sites in Holsworthy and Richmond. This role is suited for a motivated professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering service excellence.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day cleaning operations, supporting and leading on-site teams, liaising directly with clients, and ensuring service standards are consistently exceeded.

\

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams, as well as excellent communication, organisational, and client service skills. They will also have high attention to detail with the ability to resolve challenges effectively.

\

This role requires Australian Citizenship due to Defence site access requirements, and a valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights are essential.

\

About the Role:

\

- Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across Defence and government sites
- Be on-site 5 days per week to lead teams and maintain smooth operations
- Act as the key point of contact for client relationships and service delivery
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and reporting to meet compliance and quality benchmarks
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management for cleaning staff
- Address service issues and implement timely resolutions
- Prepare quotes for additional services and manage budgets effectively
- Oversee inventory, rosters, and WHS compliance

- Strong background in cleaning operations across multi-site or government contracts
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing large teams
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client service skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to resolve challenges effectively
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently on-site full-time
