**Job Title:** Integrated Logistics Support Manager

As an Integrated Logistics Support Manager, you will play a key role in undertaking complex materiel logistics activities. This position requires a diverse set of skills to undertake tasks such as assurance on contracted Integrated Logistics Support deliverables and evaluating materiel logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assurance on contracted Integrated Logistics Support deliverables
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support management under legislative frameworks
  • Stores movement coordination
  • Use of Defence inventory system and information databases
  • Reviewing and updating Project Office logistics plans
  • Stakeholder management to identify expectations and develop an understanding of the methodology and practices to achieve outcomes
  • Evaluate materiel logistics activities to ensure alignment with project objectives

About Our Team:The Combat Systems branch of the Collins Class submarines program manages a range of systems to maintain capability edge across six submarines. You will have access to generous working conditions as an Australian Public Servant in Defence.

The Team comprises engineers, project managers and logisticians. As an Integrated Logistics Support Manager, you will report to an EL 1 ILS Manager.

Requirements:
  • Experience providing Integrated Logistics Support under legislative frameworks or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to establish plans and timeframes and be able to respond positively to change and uncertainty
  • A confident communicator, who is collaborative, agile and can effectively manage within an integrated team environment
  • Sound commercial and business acumen
  • Good communication skills and proven ability to liaise with various levels of stakeholders in relation to complex issues
  • A team leader who values teamwork and performs well in a diverse and integrated environment
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in supply chain or asset management, providing customer and stakeholder driven outcomes
  • Understanding of capability lifecycle elements
  • Understanding of the Defence Industry in Australia
