Diabetes Nurse Educator Job Opportunity

Requirements:

  • Accreditation as a Credentialled Diabetes Nurse Educator
  • Experience in providing clinical support and education for people with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and gestational diabetes
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment
  • Strong commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care
