As a casual/part-time Security Control Room Operator/CRO, you will have the chance to develop your skills in a unique and dynamic environment.

  • Monitoring and actioning alarm system alerts.
  • Dispatching guards and patrols in response to alerts.
  • Monitoring camera and video surveillance systems across multiple sites.

  • A current QLD Security Officer licence.
  • The ability to work days, afternoon, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Livelihood in the Sunshine Coast Area.
  • Customer service experience.

  • Highly developed communication skills. A polite and confident phone manner.
  • The ability to work in a team environment. Be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn.
