About This Opportunity

This role is primarily based in the bathing area within the Ecological Gardening Team.

You will be trained and mentored by a variety of staff on all aspects of horticulture, food production, conservation, and ecosystem management while completing your Parks & Gardens position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the presentation and upkeep of PHS bathing area gardens.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to teamwork activities.
  • Ensure resources and tools are properly stored and available when needed.
  • Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.

  • A genuine passion for gardening and indigenous vegetation.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • The capability to perform physical tasks in an outdoor environment across various seasons.
