Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Horticultural Specialist to join our team at Peninsula Hot Springs. As a key member of our Land and Environment Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the breathtaking indigenous gardens.

The successful candidate will have a passion for gardening, indigenous vegetation, and amenity horticulture. You will be responsible for ensuring our grounds are presented to a high standard, aligning with our organisation's vision and good horticultural practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the indigenous gardens to a high standard
  • Participate in preventative maintenance programs
  • Support the design and development of new experiences
  • Ensure compliance with OHS regulations, company policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree in Horticulture or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in amenity horticulture
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work unsupervised
  • Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
