Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering Workday financial implementations.

This is a hands-on position where you will help shape the future of enterprise systems in a purpose-led, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the requirements gathering process for Workday implementation across HR, Finance, and related functions.
  • Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes to support future-state operating models.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to document the current state and define future state processes.
  • Support evaluation and selection of third-party vendors and systems integrators.
  • Monitor and track budget expenditure providing insights and reporting as needed.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure integrity and quality of data migration and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate and support system testing activities including developing test scenarios validating functionality and ensuring issues are tracked and resolved prior to go-live.
  • Act as liaison between business units, project teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Workday implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping improvement methodologies and business case development.
  • Experience in vendor selection, commercial assessment, and contract review.
  • Skilled in budget tracking and financial reporting within a project context.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong data literacy able to understand, interpret, and contribute to data architecture and migration plans.
  • Exposure to healthcare or similarly highly regulated sectors is desirable.
