Project Coordinator


This is an opportunity to play a key role in the transition of a library services centre into a new city campus.


  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of the Library Services Transition Project.

The successful candidate will have excellent project coordination skills, including effective planning and organising, time management, and resource allocation.


  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role:


  • Develop and deliver the Library Services Transition Project, ensuring a smooth transition into the new city campus.
  • Manage and coordinate the relocation of library collections and university records, minimising disruption to library services.
  • Lead the planning and modelling of space requirements, working closely with library stakeholders and the ECU City project team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan new operational models.

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of expertise gained from experience, training, or professional accreditation.
  • Experience in project coordination, including effective planning and organising, time management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
