Restaurant Host Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our restaurant, you will be the one to stand out with your exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in greeting and seating guests. You will also have the chance to work with a supportive team and contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
  • Previous experience in an A La Carte environment is an advantage
  • Cash handling experience
  • Greeting & Seating Guests
  • SevenRooms experience is an Advantage
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
