Job Title: In-Room Dining Attendant

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in the comfort of their room.

We're looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering world-class service and creating memorable guest experiences. If you have previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.

  • Deliver outstanding in-room dining service, ensuring each guest's experience is seamless, memorable, and delivered with care.
  • Take and deliver orders promptly while providing guests with information about the menu, specials, and beverage options.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service areas, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are upheld.
  • Handle special requests and cater to guest dietary needs or preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient, timely service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations with personalised service.
  • Assist with special events, functions, and large bookings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role

Excellent communication skills
