Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Credit Cards Crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Product CVP, P&L, and Strategy for our credit card products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and governance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
- Manage product pricing and revenue growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit card products and their economics
- Experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
