We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team at a prestigious coastal hotel. Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation and cooking across various sections of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local produce.
- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards and minimizing wastage.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory control and minimizing waste.
- Proven experience in a similar Chef De Partie or kitchen role, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
