About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at a renowned coastal venue in Ulladulla. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, innovative desserts and pastries that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute menus that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality in all menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee pastry inventory and stock control, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or upscale venue.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative flair for presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
