About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team at FAAC Group. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a great working environment with continuous professional development, competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend field service calls and preventative-maintenance calls to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct inspections, fault finding and diagnostic checks to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical advice and information on Magnetic, FAAC and HUB Parking products to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with installations where required, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Establish and maintain service and van stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss service requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: gate motors, automation products, boom gates, sliding and swing gates, bollards, and other perimeter access products.
  • Possession of a relevant Electrical Technical qualification, such as an Electrical Fitter Licence or Restricted Electrical Work Licence (minimum).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
