Hydraulic Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Field Service Technician to join our high-performance team in Bundaberg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Attend site and conduct initial diagnosis and assessment of hydraulic systems and equipment.
- Determine the necessary action to get the machine operational and initiate the corrective action, which may involve repair or replacement.
- Undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems.
- Provide routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment.
- Perform allocated work within the workshop, including cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs, and testing.
- Perform work safely and comply with WHS procedures.
- Relevant trade qualifications, such as Diesel, Auto, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Fitter.
- Hydraulic Field Service experience with the ability to prepare clear and concise service reports.
- Hydraulic overhaul and diagnostics experience and the ability to interpret hydraulic circuits.
- Flexibility to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when required.
- Valid Driver's Licence and demonstrated safety-first mindset.
