Registered Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, timely, and culturally appropriate nursing care to our residents.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional, personalized care ensuring the health and well-being needs of our residents are met with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, timely, and culturally appropriate nursing care based on individual care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the Clinical Care Coordinator.
  • Lead by example in health and safety practices and supervise a team, offering support and mentoring to nursing staff.
  • Undertake clinical decision-making and interventions to enhance residents' health outcomes.
  • Administer medications safely and in accordance with clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
  • Participate in quality activities to continually improve clinical practices.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
About You
  • Qualifications: Current AHPRA RN Registration, Annual CPR certification, and ongoing CPD commitment required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting preferred, including supervising clinical staff.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills essential for success.
