Job Description">

As the Executive Manager Privacy, you will lead the development and delivery of our enterprise-wide privacy strategy. This involves ensuring we meet regulatory obligations, manage privacy risks effectively, and foster a strong culture of privacy across all levels.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive privacy program aligned with our three lines of defence model.">
  • Lead a team of privacy specialists to design and deliver the privacy program.">
  • Oversee reporting to senior governance forums, including the Audit & Risk Committee, Executive Committee, and Board.">
  • Manage the privacy budget and resources to deliver measurable outcomes.">

To succeed in this role, you must have deep expertise in privacy, compliance, or risk management, with experience leading enterprise-wide programs in complex environments.

You should have a strong understanding of Australian and international privacy laws and be able to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
