Enterprise Privacy Leadership Role

We seek an experienced privacy leader to drive the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide privacy strategy.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive privacy strategy that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure the organisation meets its privacy obligations, identifies and mitigates risks, and fosters a culture of privacy across all levels.
  • Shape the executive narrative around privacy, enabling informed decision-making and supporting business growth through complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators, and industry partners to advance privacy initiatives.
  • Oversee reporting to senior governance forums, including the Audit & Risk Committee, Executive Committee, and Board.
  • Lead a team of privacy specialists in designing and implementing the privacy program aligned with our three lines of defence model.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in privacy, compliance, or risk management, with experience leading enterprise-wide programs in complex environments.
  • A strong understanding of Australian and international privacy laws, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
  • Collaborative leadership style, skilled at building high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders to drive alignment and action.
