Job Title:

Associate Strategy Director

About the Role:

As a key member of our client's strategy team, you will work closely with the Chief Strategy Director and Head of Strategy to drive strategic direction and champion their brand.

The role involves providing best-in-class strategic thinking, problem-solving, and creative ideas across brand and traditional approaches. You will take the lead on your patch of clients, supporting and mentoring the wider team to develop their brand and design thinking skills.

You will be responsible for crafting strategy through all stages of the process, sourcing unique insights and approaches from real-world experiences. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, including understanding when to push back and being the go-to for any issues and escalations.

Naturally collaborative, you will bridge the gap between teams, including CX and experience teams.
