Data Strategy Lead

This role is responsible for leading an integrated data strategy across the business aligned with key objectives such as growth, retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop actionable insights for strategic and tactical improvements.
  • Analyse and mine internal and external data sources to develop clear insights that impact core business targets.
  • Enhance the way insights are visualised and communicated to ensure clarity and impact across the organisation.
  • Engage executive-level stakeholders on performance related to forecasted targets and outcomes.
  • Oversee research and data work to ensure alignment with business requirements and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with data teams to drive design, governance and application of advanced analytics models for data-driven decisioning.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
About You / Qualifications
  • You have extensive experience leading data-related capabilities such as governance, analysis, research and insights.
  • Advanced analytical skills in predictive modelling to support clear business outcomes and objectives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
