Job Overview

Senior Accounts Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts professional to oversee and manage the day-to-day financial functions of our organisation.


The Role

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and processing payroll, handling invoicing and collections, maintaining accurate financial records and reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and process timely payroll
  • Coordinate invoicing and collections processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a similar role in a construction or commercial environment
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
