Senior Accountant
to join its
Perth office, located North of the River
.

About the Role

This is a diverse and hands-on position that spans both
management accounting and financial accounting
, while working closely with the CFO. You will provide accurate financial insights, ensure compliance, and support the business as it grows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Month-end close, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting
  • Preparation of management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Statutory compliance including BAS, payroll tax, and audit preparation
  • Business partnering with operational managers to provide financial insights
  • Driving process and system improvements across the finance function

About You

We're looking for a degree-qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with
8+ years' experience
across both management and financial accounting. The successful candidate will be:

  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-focused
  • A strong problem solver with a
    can-do attitude
  • Commercially astute with excellent technical accounting knowledge
  • Experienced in preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
  • Confident working with senior leadership and operational teams
  • Advanced in Excel and familiar with ERP systems
