Nurse Maternal Child Health Professional

We are seeking a passionate maternal and child health professional to provide quality healthcare services to young children and their families within the community.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality maternal and child health services, inclusive of universal and enhanced programs, to promote healthy development and prevent potential issues affecting young children and their families.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes access, participation, responsive service delivery, and culturally competent service.
- Ensure service delivery is safe and of high quality, providing exceptional care to families and children.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, exercising sound judgment in day-to-day decision-making related to service delivery.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1, Registered Midwife, and hold a tertiary qualification in Child, Family & Community Health or equivalent recognized in Victoria.
- Demonstrated knowledge of maternal and child health evidence-based practice, including up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge of women's health, family, and child health and development, and relevant community resources.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture, promoting access, participation, responsive service delivery, and culturally competent service.
