About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and advising on recruitment strategies for various sites within their portfolio, writing and placing advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and social media, providing accurate salary and employment information for multiple roles across the business, facilitating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, arranging reference checks, and onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Write and place compelling job advertisements on various platforms
  • Provide expert advice on salary and employment matters
  • Facilitate smooth interview processes and arrange reference checks
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, either internal or agency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
  • Experience using Smart Recruiters or a similar ATS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
