**The Role**:
You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a natural ability to communicate and influence across the group. Managing internal stakeholders and external recruitment functions on a national basis, with experience in managing end to end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for a high-energy, person who is confident, self-motivated and enjoys working in a high performing culture. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop role briefs, adverts and selection criteria
- Conduct a fair and consistent selection processes
- Identifying effective sourcing methods for active roles and talent pools
- Operate as a trusted advisor with the business and utilise your experience and market insights to influence decision making
- Actively seek to meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics
- Develop strong relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Manage high volume end to end recruitment drives
- Provide high levels of customer service to stakeholders involved with recruitment activities

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.
- Prior experience in an internal or external recruitment role will be essential
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work within multiple systems
- A natural resilience and ability to embrace change and ambiguity
- Positive attitude and a sound work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proactive problem solver with positive and enthusiastic approach
- Build strong relationships and have the ability to tailor your message to the right audience
