Site Operations Manager

This is a permanent opportunity based in Adelaide, with responsibility for overseeing site-based delivery of substation, switchyard, and renewable energy projects across Australia.
The successful candidate will lead construction activities on major projects, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. They'll be the key site leader, managing day-to-day operations and acting as the primary link between the project management team, stakeholders, and crews on the ground.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage site-based teams and subcontractors across HV substation and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Oversee scheduling, progress reporting to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
- Previous experience managing site-based construction of HV substations, switchyards, or large-scale electrical projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Electrical trade qualifications or an engineering background (highly regarded).
