About the Role:This is a leadership position that requires trade and construction expertise to deliver successful projects. As Site Operations Manager, you will oversee site-based operations, ensuring quality assurance, compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, and effective budget management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a dedicated team to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with tradespeople to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Manage site operations, focusing on quality control, WHS compliance, and financial management.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project requirements.
- Supervisors License (highly desirable)
- White card
- Drivers License
- WWC and Induction Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office, MS Project, and Excel programs
