Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Site Operations Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has extensive experience in Defence estate development and a relationship-based philosophy to developing relationships across the Defence sector.
The successful candidate will contribute directly to the outcomes of specialized Defence projects by supporting the planning and development stages of a multi-user site.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient site operations.
- Contract Management for the supply of goods and services.
- Ensure asset management and safety compliance for best practice outcomes.
- Manage the financial requirements of the facility.
- Work with the Risk Manager to identify and propose solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of seven years' experience in building and building design management.
- Degree qualified as a building professional.
- Stakeholder management.
- Experience working in the Defence sector.
- Hold a Baseline security clearance.
- Experience in complex infrastructure issues.
- Understand Defence Capability Lifecycle (CLC).
- Australian Citizen (essential).
