**Job Overview**

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Community Development. This is a rare opportunity for someone with the passion and expertise to shape the future success of our school.

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives to grow enrolment, engagement, and philanthropic support. You will also be responsible for delivering inspiring events that capture imagination, pride, and participation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership in marketing, admissions, philanthropy, alumni relations, or events in a complex organization. They will also possess strong experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and partnership development.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who builds trust and inspires confidence. They will be resilient and adaptable, able to navigate change and complexity with composure.

The Director of Community Development will oversee a high-performing team across multiple disciplines. They will develop and implement integrated strategies that enhance reputation, enrolment, engagement, and philanthropic support.

Key Responsibilities:
