About the Role

  • Assist with meal preparation, delivery, presentation, and serving to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our residents.
  • Clean food preparation and consumption areas, cooking equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Cater to special occasions such as birthdays, cultural events, and meetings to create memorable experiences.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of dining and adjacent rooms.
Key Requirements
  • You must be available to work afternoons and weekends, with a minimum of 15 hours per fortnight.
  • Prior experience in a commercial kitchen environment is essential.
  • You should be willing to take direction from others and demonstrate reliability and flexibility.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial.
  • You must hold valid working rights in Australia and have completed a police check.
  • Up-to-date flu vaccinations and Covid-19 vaccination evidence are also required.
