AirPhysio is growing as a business due to increased demand and we are looking for an enthusiastic **Executve Assisant **based at Tweed Heads South to join the team

**About the role**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the General Manager's office and for supporting AirPhysio business activities. The position provides high-level executive support, administrative support to the management team and day-to-day office management and reception duties. The role involves confidential, high-level information as well as engagement with government, external partners and community service stakeholders. This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal skilfulness, energy, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
