Senior Project Finance Associate Position

A high-profile position is available for an experienced Associate to join a market-leading team in a leading firm.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on complex financing structures for renewable energy projects with strong deal execution skills, gaining exposure to domestic and cross-border transactions with global impact.
- Work closely with leading partners, sponsors, and financial institutions on cutting-edge deals.
- Develop commercial mindset and collaborative approach by working with elite US firms on high-profile, cross-border financings.
- 3-6 years' experience in project finance at a leading firm with ability to thrive in a high-performing team.
- Strong background in sponsor and/or lender representations with experience in structuring, negotiation, and execution of major project financings.
As an Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that advises clients on a wide range of project finance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the project finance industry and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
