Senior Associate - Finance Optimisation

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team of finance professionals.

  • A dynamic individual with expertise in accounting and tax compliance, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, management accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A highly organised and skilled project manager, able to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience or exposure to cloud accounting platforms, automation, and advanced analytics tools.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with accurate, timely, and compliant financial services, including:

  • Maintaining clients' general ledgers using cloud accounting tools, supported by accurate workpapers and reconciliations.
  • Delivering high-quality client services, utilising cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in accounting and tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience with cloud accounting platforms, automation, and advanced analytics tools.
