Senior Finance Associate

As a Senior Associate in our Banking & Finance team, you will be responsible for managing full transaction lifecycles, including documentation, structuring, and client management.
You will work closely with institutional and private credit clients, advising on corporate, health, real estate, and project finance transactions.
The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and technical skills, with end-to-end transaction experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 5 years PAE in Banking & Finance
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- End-to-end transaction experience
- Commercial approach to problem-solving and client outcomes
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
