Job Summary

We are seeking Darwin-based NDT Technicians and In-Service Inspectors to cover multiple client requirements locally from our office in Darwin. This is a full-time residential role with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection
  • Liaise with clients regarding inspection and reporting
  • Supervise Assistants and Trainees
  • Maintain equipment and calibrate as needed
  • Compile written reports in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum three years fully qualified NDT experience
  • Local base in Darwin or willingness to relocate on a long-term basis
  • Site hours will apply with opportunities for overtime and occasional work away

As a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician/Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests to ensure the quality and integrity of technical facilities. You will liaise with clients to discuss inspection findings and provide detailed reports. Additionally, you will supervise and train junior staff members and maintain equipment according to manufacturer's guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years' experience in NDT and possess a local base in Darwin or be willing to relocate on a long-term basis. You will work site hours with opportunities for overtime and occasional travel.
