Senior Technical Operations Manager

The Chief Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance across the hotel to ensure high standards are maintained for an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all team members possess the necessary competence in using equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, as per manufacturer instructions.
- Liaise with senior management regarding contractor use within the hotel, controlling expenditures and ensuring work meets company and manufacturer specifications.
- A trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a maintenance function in a large multi-storey complex is required.
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Property Management Systems is essential.
