Experienced Male Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking an experienced male support worker for a dynamic and challenging role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young participants and their families.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to a young participant with behavioral concerns in Werribee VIC. This will involve working collaboratively with the participant's family and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans that promote the participant's independence and well-being.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Disability qualification (Certificate 3 or 4)
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with Children's check
- Reliable car along with driving license
- Current police check

This is a casual position offering flexible hours and competitive pay rates from $32.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality services to vulnerable members of our community.
